Overview
Chiri is available for several Linux distributions.
Arch Linux Via the AUR
Debian Via a pre-built binary (.deb)
Fedora Via a pre-built binary (.rpm)
NixOS / nix-darwin Via nixpkgs
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Chiri uses libnotify for desktop notifications, which should be fine with most desktop environments having a notification daemon running by default. If you’re on a minimal WM without one, notifications might silently fail.
System tray
Section titled “System tray”Chiri supports the system tray via the StatusNotifierItem protocol. If your desktop environment doesn’t support it, the tray icon won’t show up, but everything else will still work fine.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps” Connect an account Hook Chiri up to your CalDAV server.
